Kiss, Marry, Kill

Old Town Poster

Size: 11x17,

Idea: Our theatre Department was producing Our Town at our school. I created this design because the director wished for a steampunk style poster. I investigated more about the poster layout and the play itself. With this I made multiple iterations until I found the one that was I was trying to portray the most. This resulted in a very unique monochromatic poster.
Process: I started with thumbnail sketches and then did them on illustrator

Exhibition Card

Idea: For the Irvine Art Exhibition, I created this card as an invitational. The City of Irvine is known for always creating new modern environments and I wanted to showcase this through my design. I used blues, greens, and yellows to convey this theme. 

Process: I made sketches and restyled them illustrator.

Bauhaus Chicago

Size: 7x7x5  
Medium: Mixed Media

 Idea:  Bauhaus was an amazing art movement focusing on geometric and abstract shapes. I wanted to apply their ideology to real world art. I based this model of of the Chicago skyline and I wanted to implement the iconic bean with this.
Process: I used acrylic and made new different buildings to form the design. 

Engineering Branding

Size: 8.5x11, 8.5x11, 11x17
Medium: Adobe Illustrator

 Idea: Lunched is a bold and modern logo created for a lunchbox brand. The design blends clean typography with a playful tray icon to represent both food and function. The curve under the “LUNCH” mimics a smile or handle, while the rectangle hints at the shape of a classic lunchbox.
Process: I started with the moodboard and then created the rest

Sun's Cycle

Size:4x7  
Medium: Adobe Illustrator and Physical

 Idea:   The Sun's Cycle is a pop-up book that shows different rooms of a house through window-shaped cutouts. Each panel reveals a unique space with changes in color and light, showing how rooms feel at different times of day. The project highlights the beauty of everyday spaces and how we view them from the outside.
Process: I created sketches for each room, created in illustrator and then cut out the windows with the laser cutter and formed the card.

Mixed Media

Size: 2x4, 8.5x11

Idea:  During the transition of Spring to Summer, there is a lot of moments of reflection. I wanted to created a transition piece between the seasons and this what came out of it. I based the flower of my home country: Dominican Republic and the national flower: Bayahibe Rose.
Process: With the general concept of the flower I made a woodblock print with a sheet of paper, scanned it, and use the texture to the create this art work.

PSA Poster

Idea: Spreading Love to LA is a charity project supporting wildfire relief through the sale of baked goods and handmade crochet items. 75% of proceeds go to charities helping victims recover. The poster design uses soft pink tones and playful illustrations—like cupcakes and hearts—to create a warm, hopeful feeling. The bold lettering and hand-drawn textures highlight the community-driven spirit behind the project, while the QR code makes it easy for people to get involved and give back.
Process: I took product photos and based of those made graphics.
